Our team of researchers hear some words sometimes that make them giggle- just a few weeks ago, a vendor told us that their agent “knew their onions”- meaning that they were very knowledgeable- but if this customer had written this review online, would they have used this term? Or the applicant who told us the agent who showed them around their potential new home was “pukka” … is this a word that they’d have typed, or would they have used a more generic word? The feedback we gather definitely adds a humanised element, it is unedited (most of the time!) and comes straight from the mouths and minds of your customers
